Vertigo Growth.

Freelance Creative Production Manager.

I supported Vertigo Growth’s (now Elements) paid social team. I worked with clients across the fitness, travel, wellness, and art spaces handling creator sourcing, project timelines, and client communication. I sourced and liaised with UGC creators in the UK and US, ensuring we had the right talent for each campaign.

Once briefs were in, I kept everything on track using Notion to manage timelines, coordinating with designers, and ensuring deliverables were completed on time. Most projects involved paid social ads and short-form video content, tailored to each brand’s goals.

This role sharpened my skills in UGC production, creator management, and cross-team coordination, which helped to make campaigns run smoothly from brief to delivery.

“Mia brought a sense of organization, efficiency, and professionalism to our small team at Vertigo Growth during our early stages.

Her clear communication with the team and clients alike, endeavor to improve processes, and general positivity helped us massively.

Mia’s adaptability also meant that I could trust her to tackle any task that came her way, which is essential in a small team. Thank you, Mia!”

– Tom Downer, Founder

Note: This role was focused on internal coordination and production support, so while I don’t have public-facing deliverables, I’ve included a testimonial from the founder to reflect the impact of my work.
