BBC.
Presenter, Broadcast Journalist & Producer.
My BBC journey began on a theater stage in my hometown, auditioning alongside 60 others for a presenting role. I had just one minute to make the judges laugh and I did! That moment landed me a place on BBC New Voices, where I hosted a weekly 2-hour show on Thursdays, plus additional seasonal slots.
I developed local stories into on-air content, scripted interviews, and ran the structure of each show. I also promoted the program via my personal social channels, sharing teasers, behind-the-scenes, and outreach to grow the audience.
This role sharpened my skills in storytelling, live presenting, content curation, and self-promotion – all within the BBC’s editorial standards.
